ON-LINE RETURN POLICY

We will happily accept unworn, undamaged or defective product for exchange or refund within 21 days of ship date. Sale items, perfumes and scented candles are final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 5 -7 business days for the refund to post to your account. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.

RETURN RULES* 

  • We accept returns of product shipped within the United States and Canada only.
  • Returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 21 days of purchase.
  • Please note post/stud, hook and sleeper earrings cannot be exchanged nor returned for hygiene reasons.*
  • Perfumes and scented candles are not eligible for return or exchange. 

    • RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it back to Les Nereides within 21 days of your purchase for a full return.

    You can use the returns portal HERE to request a return or exchange.  There are two options for return/exchange: 

    • We will provide the return shipping label if requested. A $6 restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund. 
    • You can use your own shipping label to send back the label. No fee will be deducted if personal label is used.
